Use cases

In theoretical content, it sets a separated context from the main thread.
In quizzes or other assessing/practising environments that include both theory and practice, it may be used as a container for the theory.

To use it sparingly, not more than once in every visible chunk of content, as it can effectively achieve its differentiating purpose.

It’s discouraged…

To use it to make a concept or idea stand out; the Key Concept is the semantically intended component for this purpose.

Examples
