Further Reading

The Further Reading component provides a curated list of complementary resources that allow the learner to deepen, extend, or reinforce the learning content being presented.

These resources may include books, articles, blog posts, videos, or any other type of didactic material that adds value to the current topic. The component is designed to offer optional paths for exploration without interrupting the main learning flow.

Further Reading is contextual in nature and should be directly related to the content being read at that moment. Its purpose is to enrich understanding, not to replace the core material or to serve as an exhaustive bibliography.

Use cases

Is reccommended…

  • Adding resources that are clearly relevant to the current content.
  • Keeping the list of sources concise and carefully selected.

Is discouraged…

  • Adding resources that are only loosely related to the current content.
  • Using this component when the references are better placed in a dedicated bibliography or references section.

Examples
